Union Station, Hartford
Halcyon was Developer/ Operator for repositioning of multi-block Historic Train Station in Hartford. Dated configuration improved by addition of Clip-on structures and Retail + Offices yet preserving Historic Tax Credits.

Arcade Square Dayton
Halcyon was original Fee Developer supported by Dayton organizations to resurrect a historic Landmark. Subject to Historic Tax Credits, constructed escalators in restored Rotunda, Leased destination Restaurants and built-out Retail. Closed early 90's; re-opening 2018.

Catfish Town Hotel/Conference Center
For E&Y and Argosy as Riverboat operator required to redevelop blighted riverfront asked us to negotiate construction contracts, operating budgets and sched- ules, to complete base building. We created Sheraton Hotel pad, solicited offers with glass Atrium as lobby.

Sarasota Quay For Goldome Bank, completed Base Building of mixed- use waterfront complex including Mechanical systems; Leased Office Tower and Retail pavilion with unique destination restaurants; managed extensive Tenant Fit- out and Operated Property. Failed due to next Developer over-syndication and management.
